CENC presents at the VA ORD Field-Based Meeting discussing “Deployment-related Auditory and Vestibular Injuries in U.S. Veterans”

From Thursday to Friday, September 05-06, 2019, CENC researchers Drs. David Cifu, M.D., Faith Akin, Ph.D., and Kathleen Carlson, Ph.D., attended and participated in the VA Office of Research and Development (ORD) Field-Based Meeting on “Deployment-related Auditory and Vestibular Injuries in U.S. Veterans” in Portland, Oregon. The 2-day meeting, sponsored by the National Center for Rehabilitative Auditory Research (NCRAR) at the Portland VAMC, was attended by VA, military, and university researchers, and featured presentations on CENC research from the Longitudinal, Otolith and Database Studies.
